Our B&B is located in the attic of our villa, situated in the heart of the coastal area of the municipality of San Sostene.
The location is ideal, right next to the parish church and in front of a spacious square. In the surrounding area, you will also find a playground for children with swings, seesaws, and various games, as well as a playground for adults with bocce and football fields.
Our territory is rich in natural, architectural, landscape, historical, and cultural beauties.
We are only 2 km from the renowned tourist city of Soverato, famous for its beaches and crystal-clear sea. You can easily reach it using regional public transport.
Just 4 km away is the bay of Caminia and the cliff of Copanello, with its famous beaches and the most renowned nightlife venues in the province. Furthermore, just 30 km away is Serra San Bruno, famous for its Charterhouse founded by Bruno of Cologne. From here, you can easily reach Villa Vittoria Park in Mongiana, which also houses the Ferriere Borboniche Park and the ancient arms factories. Further north, in less than an hour's drive, you can reach the Sila plateau.
